Soft & Gentle Yoga for Beginners
This introductory 8-week class will focus on gentle stretching and toning movements to increase balance, flexibility and strength.
General Information
- It is targeted towards the beginning, less flexible or physically challenged adults.
- Course content will be based on the fitness level of participants and will be taught by a registered Yoga teacher.
